Daylight Savings Time to Standard Time Blues


 Last week we underwent the time change from daylight savings time to standard time. My brain and body have not yet adjusted to this change. It takes me at least 10 days to 2 weeks to not feel hungry at the wrong time or want to go to bed earlier or later than usual. I feel lethargic, listless and downright tired. By next week this should subside and maybe I will feel normal again.
